Analysis of college magazine - Contents page

My contents page is specifically aimed at students in order for them to understand what this magazine contains. I have used the same layout and style as in the front cover as this is the theme running through this magazine. This includes the same font colours, and the black circle theme. This contents page also includes a small extract from the editor as this allows people to see what’s been going on this month. All professional magazines have them giving this magazine a more professional feel. I used red as this text stands out and draws the reader’s attention to key parts of this magazine. The font used applies to students and gives the magazine a more student feel.

The contents page gives the reader an overview of what is in the magazine and offers the reader a chance to view this month’s content. The content is based on the survey I did which let the reader choose what they want in their magazine. The contents page is important in a magazine as the reader needs to know what and where certain pieces of information.
